3. Additional Shipping Information

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Signature Requirement: For security reasons, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

Customs & Duties: Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and local taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

At LE SISS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items following the guidelines below.

1. Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

The return request must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.

If your order included a gift with purchase (GWP), you must return the gift along with the product, or you will be charged its full value.

We do not accept returns on used, opened, or promotional items unless they are defective.

2. How to Return an Item

1- Request a Return: Email us at: contact@lesiss.com with your order number and reason for return.
2- Repack the Item: Ensure the item is in its original packaging, along with any included return form.
3- Shipping the Return: Use a tracked shipping service of your choice. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4- Processing Time: Please allow 14 business days from the receipt of the package for the return to be processed.

3. Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
